Selection in Eighth State Art Exhibition 2021 | Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar

Our students participated in the Eighth State Art Exhibition 2021 organized by Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar.

The work of 36 entries has been selected in various categories (in which we participated) from all over Punjab State, out of which 07 entries are from Pathseekers. The category wise result is given below:

Result of Inspire Awards

Our students participated in the 'Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research' (INSPIRE) scheme, which is one of the flagship programmes of Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.

The INSPIRE Awards - MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by Department of Science & Technology with National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF), an autonomous body of Department of Science & Technology, aims to motivate students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in classes 6 to 10. The objective of the scheme is to target one million original ideas / innovations rooted in science and societal applications to foster a culture of creativity and innovative thinking among school children.

Our three students have been selected at the Amritsar District Level and shall further participate at the Punjab State Level.

Our three students are amongst the 21 students selected from Amritsar District and are amongst the 310 students from Punjab that shall participate at the State Level.

Each student shall be awarded with Rs. 10,000/- for their selection in Amritsar District Level and the amount shall be deposited in the bank account of the three students by the organisers.

Result of Edu Excellence Competition | 2020-2021

The Creativity and Innovation Olympiad was organized by Edu Excellence, New Delhi as Winter Olympics for 21st Century Skills.

The students wrote about creativity – which is about finding interesting and effective ways of addressing a problem. The creative techniques used, could be applied to any aspect of life. This contest was to reveal everyday innovations that our young students do on a daily basis, to bring out the creative ideas one has thought off to improve the working of an existing process or find out the new use of an existing product. 78 participants from various schools across the country participated in the said competition.

In the grade category – VI to VIII, Pathseekers bagged First and Second positions across the country. The first position holder shall receive Cash Prize of Rs. 4,000 and the second position holder shall receive Cash Prize of Rs. 2,500.

In addition to the above, each student shall be awarded with:

  • Entry pass to Education Conference – Edu Carnival organized by IIT, New Delhi
  • Certification of Participation and Certification of Achievement
  • An Electronic Writing Pad / Drawing Board
  • Students idea will be displayed on the EduExcellence website and all social media pages with their names and the names of their school
  • Free access to a course on Creativity and Design Thinking

National Level Multi Talent Contest | Result

Our students participated in various categories in the National Level Multi Talent Contest organized by Ramakrishna Sarada Mission - Nivedita Vidyamandir, New Delhi. It was a part of their Golden Jubilee Celebrations where 2200 participants across 700 schools sent their performances.

21 students have scored first / second / third / consolation prizes in various segments of the competition at National Level.

During the result announcement, one of the Judges, Mr. Sanjay Kaul, CEO Sofyx Systems Pvt. Ltd. Former Apple India Head Accomplished Musician said, “While schools from all over India participated in this event, but there was an Institution that really stood out, you know, as I was looking at all the entries, this school did such an extraordinary job – its Pathseekers from Punjab, they had tens of entries and each entry was of very high quality and I am sure you have seen some of their work. So congratulations to the faculty of Pathseekers, parents and also the teachers who did such a wonderful job in participating in the event.”

Kala Utsav | Result

Our students participated in the various competitions organized by Kala Utsav, Delhi.

Kala Utsav is an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, to promote arts in education by nurturing and showcasing the artistic talent of school students at the secondary stage in the country. Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) recognises the importance of aesthetics and artistic experiences for secondary-level students, which play a major role in creating awareness of India’s rich cultural heritage and its vibrant diversity. In the context of education of Arts (Music, Theatre, Dance, Visual Arts and Crafts), the initiative is guided by the recommendations of the National Curriculum Framework 2005 (NCF-2005).

International Olympiad of Value System, Health & Wellness | Result

Our students participated in the International Olympiad of Value System, Health & Wellness organized by Zenik Learning, Gurgaon.

It is the world’s first online test which imparts global perspective and wisdom to help students improve their skills and qualities needed to excel in 21st century. The effort is to create healthy learners who are sensitive towards environment and are equipped with positive attitude and skills. These will help young learners to make informed decisions, solve problems, think creatively and critically, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathise with others, cope with challenges and manage their lives in a healthy and productive manner.

Around 10,000 students from 15 countries across the world participated in this olympiad.

Our six students have been placed in second / third positions.

Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan Competition | Result

This is with reference to the participation of our students in the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan Examination.

Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM), is a National program for educating and popularizing science among school students of VI to XI standards. VVM aims to identify and nurture the bright minds among the student community, who are keen on subjects related to Science. Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is an initiation of Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA), in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Council of Education Research and Training, an institution under the Ministry of Education. Our two students have been selected to participate in the State Level Camp out of 127 selected students from Punjab and Chandigarh.

Raghav, Grade VIII student has scored first position (amongst 12 top three position holders) in Junior Group (Grade VI – VIII) in District Amritsar and Sehreet Kaur Sekhon, Grade X student has scored third position (amongst 10 top three position holders) in Senior Group (Grade IX – XI) in District Amritsar.

Students have been selected for the State Level Camp from Punjab & Chandigarh:

  • Raghav of Grade VIII has been selected amongst 62 selected students in Junior Group
  • Shagun of Grade XI has been selected amongst 65 selected students in Senior Group

ISEA National Level Competition 2020 | Result

Our students participated in the National Level Competition on Information / Cyber Safety and Security Awareness. The competition was organized by Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) which is a Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India to promote Information Security Awareness among the various user segments across the nation.

Our students made a short film (4.58 min duration). Only 10 schools have been announced as State Winners from nine different states across the country in the short film category.

Our students stood first in Punjab State in the Short Film category.

Virtual World Disability Day 2020 | Result

Our special children and teachers participated in online competition organized by Special Olympics Bharat (SOB). Special Olympics Bharat (SOB) Punjab observed Virtual World Disability Day 2020 on 03.12.2020 and the same performances were shown during virtual observance of World Disability Day 2020.

Edu Excellence, New Delhi - Winter Olympics for 21st Century Skills

Our students from Primary to Senior Secondary classes participated in various competitions organized by Edu Excellence, New Delhi - Winter Olympics for 21st Century Skills

Across the country, there were 101 participants in Vlogging, 2110 participants in Public Speaking and 432 participants in Creative Writing.

India's Young Singing Idol 2020 | Result

Our students participated in India’s Young Singing Idol 2020, organized by Vawsum Schools Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata. Manpreet Kaur and Neeraj stood first and second respectively under the Group 4, India’s Young Singing Idol 2020.

All India Top 20 Merit Holders in the Basic Physics Olympiad

Our two students of Grade XI are amongst the All India Top 20 Merit Holders in the Basic Physics Olympiad.

The exam was organized by QuizXY Pvt. Ltd., an educational organization that conducts quiz competitions and olympiads, assisting the development of competitive spirit among students across the world. QuizXY was established by students of Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology situated in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala to encourage students in India and abroad by participating in Global level events and evolving a healthy competitive spirit through rewards.

447 participants from various schools and colleges across the country participated in this Olympiad.

Our students shall be awarded participation certificate along with discount on any one "Teaching and Academics Course" at Udemy, Inc. USA (the leading global marketplace for learning and instruction)

Inter School Competition – The Pinnacle 2020

Our 80 students of Grades I to XII participated in the Inter School Competition – The Pinnacle 2020 organized by Cygnus World School, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Around 2,000 participants from around 50 schools across India and some schools from outside India (USA, UK, UAE, Africa) also participated in it.

Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE-Adv) 2020

Saksham Goel, student of Grade XII (batch 2019-20) has qualified Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE-Adv) 2020. His All India Rank (AIR) is 4361. He scored third position in District Amritsar, Punjab.

The result has been declared by Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT, Delhi).

Selected for Interview Round - NDA

Chandresh Kumar, student of Grade XII (batch 2020-21) appeared in the written exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for admission to National Defence Academy (NDA).

He has qualified for next round of interview by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings.
